Welcome to SportsGauge. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SportsGauge platform and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) owned and operated by Sport Staff One Pty Ltd (ACN 618 583 449) trading as SportsGauge (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

To access certain features, users (administrators, coaches, observers or mentors) may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
   

SportsGauge is designed to provide officiating feedback for developmental purposes. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to access or tamper with the data of other users
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
   

By submitting feedback or content to the Platform:

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of delivering feedback and analytics
• You confirm that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights
   

We reserve the right to review and remove content that breaches these Terms.

All intellectual property on the Platform, including software, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to SportsGauge unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

Use of the Platform by sporting bodies or associations, is governed by separate partnership agreements. Such partnerships do not grant users any marketing, sponsorship, or endorsement rights unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the Platform
• We are required to do so by law
   

You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of feedback or content
• Availability or uptime of the Platform
• Protection from all forms of cyber threats
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, but no system is completely secure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in any applicable partnership agreements or, where none exist, through applicable state courts.
