SportsGauge is a digital platform designed to modernise the way sports officials receive feedback. Our mission is to improve the development and retention of umpires and referees by providing fast, structured, and data-driven performance insights.

The Problem We Solve:
Traditionally, feedback for officials has been delivered through manual paperwork or delayed reports, making it inefficient and inconsistent. This leads to slower skill development, reduced engagement, and lower retention rates.

Our Solution:
SportsGauge provides an easy-to-use web and mobile platform that allows umpire/referee managers, coaches and observers to submit real-time feedback during and after games. Feedback is communicated digitally to each official in the form of summary emails, detailed PDFs, and performance stats. This system helps officials understand strengths and improvement areas quickly, creating a clear pathway for development.

How It Works:

1. Observers and Coaches record performance assessments via the SportsGauge web app (accessible from any device).

3. Officials receive digital reports via email and downloadable PDFs, including ratings and developmental comments.
    

Current Development Stage:
SportsGauge is an operational SaaS platform with active partnerships and multiple leagues onboard. The platform is in continuous development, with planned enhancements for real-time assessment and AI data summaries to enhance coaching opportunities and individual development.
